The reel blade, also known as the cutting reel is comprised of Toro-hardened steel. The layout of the reel allows for a maximum number of blades and optimizes blade surface area. This is important for reducing the amount of time that bud spends in the machine, while also maximizing the number of cuts. In addition, this helps preserve the precious trichomes and ensures the bud is finished when it exits the tumbler. Each machine features a D2 hardened blade that keeps our cutting reel consistently sharp. This allows us to guarantee speed, precision, and a consistently sharp cut every time.
