Step 1: Remove the belt cover and belt.
Step 2: Remove the reel pulley by loosening the two set screws with the 1/8″ Allen Wrench.
Step 3: Remove the motor pulley by loosening its two set screws with the 5/32″ Allen Wrench.
Step 4: Place the motor pulley back on its shaft, leaving the set screws loosened.
Step 5: Place the reel pulley back on its shaft, again leave the set screws loosened.
Step 6: With the drum in its appropriate position, begin lining up the reel pulley to get the correct spacing.
Step 7: Once the reel pulley is in position, use a straight edge to line up the motor pulley.
Step 8: Tighten all the pulley set screws.
Step 9: Place the belt back on the pulleys.
Step 10: Place the belt cover back on.
